Being treated like babies

The way we are being treated completely becomes an attack to the intelligence, dignity and honour of our person.

They can talk to us like if we were babies, they treat us like people who know nothing, like if we were all false and that we somehow can't know what is good for ourselves and others.

Would this somehow come against article #17-1 of the Human Rights?

No one shall be subjected to arbitrary or unlawful interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to unlawful attacks on his honour and reputation.
