The court will base their judgement on the "expertise" and "clinical experience" of these therapists...

What expertise?

This coming from a sexologist: at the university in sexology, it is still very taboo when it comes to the subject of sexuality of young people, and they don't enter very deeply into the subject.

Very few things yet are being known on this subject in fact, which makes it totally unacceptable nowadays for a judge or anyone to base any judgements on things that are still being at the state of theories.

What "clinical experience"?

It's not rare to get therapists who are not even 30 years old.

If they came out of the university in their mid-twenties, this doesn't give them a very long "clinical experience", knowing also that this subject is not being very advanced yet at university... 

One of them once said "you're the ones with the experiences"...
